Our highly secure proprietary internet based document management software enables you to access all your documents whenever you need to. All data is stored on Verisign Certified servers located in the US.
Access Procedure
To make it easy for you to check your data anytime you want without compromising confidentiality, we follow a simple process:
- Scan all your documents into our proprietary and highly secure internet based document management software.
- All documents are then saved on IFR servers located in the US for retrieval by IFR chartered accountants.
- Once they have finished working on your data, and their work has been reviewed by the team leader, it is batched, indexed and stored onto the IFR servers ready for you to use.
- You will be notified via email when your documents are ready for your review. However, even prior to completion, you can use our tracking-and -monitoring options to continuously update yourself on the progress of your ongoing work.
